Teaching and Research Area
 
In the past twenty years Garnet Branch has taught the First-Year Writing sequence, Technical Writing, Vocabulary, Shakespeare and Advanced Composition. She has presented papers on such topics as Language Made Visible, Writing Across the Curriculum, Gender and Writing, Collaborative Writing, and Service Learning at conferences of Louisiana Association of College Composition, National Conference Teachers of English, and the Southwest Service Learning Association.
