2017 Rougarou Poetry Contest

Prize: $500 and publication
Entry Fee: $10
Please submit up to three poems per entry, though you may submit as many separate entries as you like. Submissions may be in any form and on any topic, but must not have been published previously in print or on the internet or be currently pending publication. Simultaneous submissions accepted; however, please withdraw your submission on Submittable immediately if it is accepted elsewhere (no refund will be given for withdrawn submissions; if only withdrawing one poem please note this on Submittable instead of withdrawing the whole pack). This contest will be judged blindly and submissions should not include any identifying information in the file. Instead, please provide a short biography in your cover letter. Students, faculty, and staff of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette are not permitted to submit to this contest. All submissions must go through submittable.
